Our Mission

Lil Sistas Future Leaders Group is dedicated to building women of integrity through service to family, friends and community. Lil Sistas provides a place for girls to discover their gifts and to learn who they are all while learning about sisterhood, developing leardership skills and experiencing new cultural adventures together.

About Us

Lil Sistas will begin July 2, 2023 in Appleton, WI. Our goal is to providing exceptional enrichment and leadership development opportunities to African American young ladies ages 5-18 yrs, in Northeastern WI. We offer these bright minds an opportunity to create and mold their own unique experiences through our wide range of educational, cultural and leadership activities. We see the true power that our youth hold, and we have made it our mission to transform them into proud natural born leaders, ready to take on the world.
